Guys, it's Friday the 13th, not April 1st.

Why is the mission not available ?

It's available. Go to Overview tab, click on Info in the Event box for Hearts and Minds then Hail. You can also go to Available under Franklin Drake and click Hail as well.

I would have done it on the day it was released but I had to be level 11 and was only level 10. Also, missed out on getting the Psi Stun lirpa and Sibak (sp?) DOFF on my DSC character thanks to a blasted power outage that downed my phone and internet yesterday. Got it back today thankfully. Personally, they should have the Hearts and Minds episode be for the whole weekend of Friday the 13th and not just two days. As well as when they don't use it as an event episode anymore, they should add it to the Available tab (which should be called the Side Missions tab) So I also need to catch up on the Winter Event after missing a day. Nothing Cryptic can do about that though.
