Did not receive Marks for Arena of Sompek

I completed 50 rounds, and was killed in the last wave, upon everyone dying we were re spawned outside of the arena. I know a window is supposed to pop up. That window did not, and it was suggested to log out for ten minutes and log back in. That did not work either, so I am posting here. 12/11/2019 around 2:00ish PM EST. My accounts name is Draktoia, Character's name Drakto, Federation and (150- Going off what was said by the NPC for the waves completed) Competitive Marks please.

    We can't help you on the forum. Your best option is to file a ticket with Support.
