Ship name error

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
No matter what I do change the name...change the registry number and from NCC to NX...nothing works and I keep seeing a bunch of numbers where the ship's name should be. I've tried changing skins...patterns...everything I can think of and it just shows as repeating numbers.
