Weapon's appearance does not change no matter what I equip :(

Hi all
My weapon's appearance does not change no matter what I equip . I made a ticket and the GM suggested to try this section of the forum.
Can someone help me, please?

You can have two weapons equipped. It's correct according to what you have equipped and what you're holding.

To switch between the two equipped weapons you have, press the Z key.

Can you be specific? What weapon's appearance does not change no matter what you equip? I will check out the screenshot online since Arc does not have the function to open up the link in Arc and I have to go to the website through the browser instead.
