The cyclical quantum slipstream drive is used on a few ships. I have the Vaadwaur Miracle Worker Juggernaut and the Constitution Miracle Worker Flight Deck Carrier. Recently the Vaadwaur Miracle Worker Juggernaut's cyclical quantum slipstream drive has not been behaving as it used to. Now If I stop the slipstream drive before it has run the full 90 seconds it will take 90 second to cool down no matter how much time was left on the slipstream activation. The Constitution still works as it always has and as the Juggernaut used to until very, very recently. I have much preferred using these two ships to get around than using Transwarp and it's long CD
