Completed/Failed Endeavors

It seems as though every time I complete my Daily Personal Endeavors, instead of resetting the next day, they display as 'Failed' and subsequently dropped. I fear I'm losing out on thousands of Endeavor Points due to this glitch. And it's been going on for at least a few months now. Is there a fix or compensation for this? This issue seems to be affecting almost all of my Daily Endeavors. Some days, I logged in as usual and saw the error message come up. So far, I notice this only happens on Snarky Xavyer. The names of three of the Endeavors I completed when I saw the error are: Destroy Hur'q Frigates, Hull Healing (Space), and Deal Tetryon Damage (Space). Today, they did not read as failed. Aha! B-But if this is what's happening, then it shouldn't be show-showing up on the Character who did run the Endeavor.
