It isnt open on PS4. Announcement says Nov 25th to Dec 2nd on Console.

    I think they made a mistake. That announcement was supposed to be posted for PC and instead went to console. Oops.

    Expect this to happen in 3 months on console...we are usually 3 months behind pc....so look late jan, early feb....

    Where do you get 3 months? You obvisouly dont follow the trends very well. First new content is generally 4-6 weeks. Holiday sales are congruent with PC as are summer and winter events. Other events are 4-6 weeks after PC. Been this way for 3 years. Only exception is when we flat just dont get some stuff.

    Perfect World has stated console is typically 3 months behind PC due to needing permissions or some junk that PCs dont have...

    Yeah, it is the certification process thanks to Sony and Microsoft.
