Anomaly Leash No longer working

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Two patches ago the temporal specialization Tier III ability Anomaly Leash I and II stopped working. I have unslotted and reslotted it but gravity wells just sit there. .

Is there an eta for fixing this???
