Sitting with chair through the chest

All my crew when sitting, they siths on the floor, legs melted into the floor and chair goes through the chest. My officers on the bridge sit like this, my other crewmembers when wandering through the ship sit like this... and even ambasador Gav in the Babel mission sits like this. Even in a cutscene, he sits on the foor through the chair. Only at the last second, when the cutscene makes him to stand up, he blinks up to the normal position, but othervise it is like this.
My character sits normally. All characters on starbase sit normaly. But on the ship (and in the Babel mission) everybody who "sits on the chair", sits like this. On bridge, in the ifirmary, in the messhall... all of them.
