Ghost ships at the Ship Vendor when ship roster is full

I was going through and claiming Romulan ships on a Federation captain, I noticed my T6 Morrigu wasn't showing up in the vendor, and it turns out there is an issue where if your roster is full, any ship that doesn't go into the inventory as a box when you claim it (such as the Morrigu, Shran, and Malem) will vanish from the Ship Vendor. Discharging/drydocking a ship will cause them to appear again, and then vanish once more when you hit max ships. (The ships do still appear in the C-store listing.)
