[Animation] Transwarp animations play in the wrong order

The transwarp animation plays in the wrong order for:

- Deep Space 9
- Qo'noS System
- Risa System

Character Details:

- KDF Tactical. Level 65
- Liberated Borg Klingon (female)
- Fleet Duvqu' Heavy Destroyer

Steps to Reproduce Bug:

1) Open Transwarp menu (location seems unimportant)
2) Select one of the locations listed above.
3) Press Transwarp

Expected Actions:

1) See the animation:
a) transwarp conduit opened by main deflector
b) ship entering conduit effects
c) ship disappears
2) Transition to new instance

Actual Actions:

1) See the animation:
a) ship disappears
b) transwarp conduit opened by main deflector
c) ship entering conduit effects
2) Transition to new instance

Thank you for reporting it too... Unfortunately this bug has been reported over and over again during the years. It seems to me that they can't (or won't) solve any animation bug.
For istance also many mission specific animation cut are bugged, but they never got fixed.

Oh, I know... I go through spates of reporting the old bugs that annoy me.
