Two Ultimate Tech Upgrade lost

Some time ago, more precisely 2 October 2019 I bought the "Arena of sompek event commedations" and receiving the Section 31 heavy phaser rifle I went to upgrade it, I inserted in the "tech upgrade" section only one Ultimate Tech upgrade, when I applied the upgrade, not just the rifle didn't level up but the game ate both of my Ultimate tech upgrades that I kept ... the question is, can I get my two Upgrades again or do you pay them back with game credits?

To make sure I'm understanding you right. You tried to apply one of those upgrades to the Section 31 Heavy Phaser Rifle, and after pressing upgrade, the upgrade failed and consumed both tech upgrades?

If that's the case then I have to ask a couple of questions. First would be, did it give any kind of error message or so on when you tried to upgrade the rifle? Also when upgrading were you clicking super fast on the upgrade button? Overall can you describe with a bit more detail exactly what you did and what you saw? If it's a bug I'm sure they'll work with you. I've not heard of this sort of thing otherwise. Most likely it will take CS to restore the ultimate techs if they were consumed.

I have this problem too. Every time I try to upgrade something with the ultimate tech upgrade the ultimate tech upgrade is consumed and no upgrade occurs. There is no error message or anything explaining why nothing happens.
