Missing items and ship

Hello, I was told I should make a post in the forums about my missing items and ship.
Most of the particulars are on the support ticket but in short here is a breakdown of my issues.
- When going to switch out a ship loadout of some weapons I had on another ship I found that they were apparently equipped on another ship of which I checked all of my ships and couldnt find them, I also checked my bank and to no avail at this point I submitted a support ticket.
- My second issue is that I am unable to claim a ship I earned in a previous Winter event ( Breen Plesh Heavy Raider ) had a persisting issue were every time I tried to claim the ship it would boot me from the game completely, support gave me a temporary fix originally whilst trying to fix the issuea few years ago but currently there is no permament fix, so I've had to contact support in order to obtain a new one as there is currently no fix to this issue according to support who've said this is a game bug.
