Two Ships active Bug, now locked out of my character.

I contacted support about my character on Klingon side having two active ships after claiming a T6 ship.
They proceeded to make "minor adjustments" to my character, which now reads as having NO active ships and thus cannot log in, kicking me back to the log in screen each time I try and use him.
Support then told me this:
"Thank you for replying back.
Based on the information you supplied, it looks like the issue is the result of a bug and while I don't have a fix for you, I'll gather the details that you've given to me and pass them to the developers for further investigation. If you haven't already done so, I strongly encourage you to submit a bug report on the official bug reports forum. Even though you won't receive a response to that report, it will be sent to the developers and the QA team:

I apologize for this inconvenience and I kindly ask for your understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need any assistance in the future."

So I am posting here. Currently my character Ko'las is completely locked to me and a wasted character slot. I would delete and remake but he has an unknown amount of EC/Dilithium on him I don't want to lose... As I was instructed I posted here as they are now referring to this as a bug, and apparently it is beyond their ability to fix.
