Outfit visuals bug

Advised by GM Cyrelm, I'm posting the bug I encountered.
Recently I bought from Discovery Legends reputation the Mind Meld Device Mk XII, however outfit visuals for Head Tech are not available only for my Captain. My BoFFs are able to equip it as Head Tech visuals. Further investigation revealed that after unlock the Omega 2 set visuals are not available (however for Captain and BoFFs as well. The same situation is with Foundry Reward - Foundry Pin.
On my other Romulan KDF character I can't equip the leg visual with Klingon dagger, however my BoFFs can.

Did someone encounter the same issues?

    First off may I ask what race is the character you're trying to equip the visual for as it might be restricted for some races, I dunno for sure as I don't work for Cryptic, but it's a good place to start.

    Sure. It's Tellarite Male.
    However the one from the dagger case is Romulan Female.
