Shadow glitch

My game has been having this issue where shadows just....glitch, I guess? Lighting 2.0 isn't at fault here and my graphics card is fairly new (Nvidia GeForce 1060 3gb) with its drivers up to date. The problem vanishes when I turn shadows off but the game just looks dull. This only happens when I'm at space, not on the ground.
