Romulan Operative Ground set, Furtive Perseverance, 2 piece set bonus does not work with Shroud

The Jem'Hadar player ability, shourd, does not work with the Romulan Operative set 2 piece power. Even though Shroud puts you in a stealthed state, it does not trigger the increased crit chance or crit severity from the 2 piece set bonus.
