Admiralty failing @100% success chance

I have had this happen 10 times now, possibly more prior to me taking screenshots. All images are available at my @Theeris66 twitter page. If there’s a way to upload them here, I don’t know now about it as I’m new to these forums. Took me forever to find them. Anyway, please reply if you’ve experienced this more than annoying issue.

I have recently experienced this a few times as well. I took screenshots also and sent them in. I was told that this was forwarded to the development team to look at this gameplay bug.
