"RAN ACCESSLEVEL 9 CMD: USETICKETPROXY 1" APPEAR ONSCREEN WHEN LOGGING INTO THE GAME. HACK?

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
The words "Ran AccessLevel 9 Cmd: UseTicketProxy 1" appear onscreen in red letters in the top right when logging into the game. Is this a hack or is it from the developers and is appearing on everyone's screen when logging in?

I'm using an Xbox One

    It's appearing for me on PS4 too, but not on my PC...

    Okay, but it didn't start happening to me until I became a lifetime member.

    I’m seeing it but not a lifetime member. Probably some little bit of diagnostic debug code that a developer accidentally left in the latest build. Likely means nothing.
