Completed Hearts and Minds but no way to accept reward

I just now completed Hearts and Minds on an alt (already did this on my main) but the mission was removed from my journal before I could receive the rewards. I get it that the mission is only available for a certain time period, but you'd think you would be able to get the rewards upon successfully completing it.
