Access Exchange items lost

Hello.
Two days ago I bought some things on Access Exchange, but not everything appeared in my inventory.

Missing items:
Epic Disruptor Beam Array MKXV : 8,000,000 EC
Epic Disruptor Beam Array MKXV : 8,000,000 EC
Epic Disruptor Beam Array MKXV : 8,200,000 EC
Aegis Hyper-Impulse Engine : 16,000,004 EC

Please help.
I want my credits/items back :-)

    What is Access Exchange? Do you just mean the Exchange? Have you checked your overflow bag? Have you checked your in-game mail? Thanks. :)
