I don't know why it happens, but I can't deactivate Tactical Mode / Consumption Array on PS4.

    Its been tjat way since VIL, I just dubmitted a new bug report on it. Hopefully they actually acknowledge one of us

    They most likely wont....they don't seem to care....just cranking out new content and wreaking more havoc
