How to copy a character FROM Tribble to Holodeck server

Hi everyone, I recently created a character on the Tribble server, it is a Vulcan character from the Discovery era, and I would like to play with it on the Holodeck server, I know how to copy from Holodeck to Tribble, but not the other way around. Is it possible to export my Tribble character into the Holodeck? I seem to recall that a few years ago there was a part of STO where we could manage our characters and see online game mail through web browser, but can't remember how to access it or even if the site still works. Can anyone shine a light on this matter of character management?

It is a one-way street. No copying back to Holodeck.

You obviously can't copy things back from tribble, because in the worst cases you end up with a character with content that doesn't exist on holodeck that causes major issues, and at best you get someone who has had access to infinite resources and currency. I shouldn't have to mention why that would be utterly terrible, so I won't.

You might be able to copy over the tailor presets for the character and their officers, but you would still need to rebuild everything from scratch.
