reclaim jem hadar ev suit?

I couldn't find my EV suit so I went to try an reclaim bundle but C-store description says gamma vanguard pack is only claimable once per character. I checked under items\ground items\jem hadar ev suit and it wants 550 zen. Any way to get it? I see nothing under dilithium store either.

You get 1 when you first claim the big gamma pack and that's it. No reclaim, no multiple copies you get one suit. Kinda sucks but that's WAI.
