Accolades not Claiming.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
OK, this is a bug I've had now for a while. I Have been doing the Datachip accolades. Even though they have been showing that it was gotten, they are still not marking off when I have completed them. I have done each Datachip so far 3 times over the last few years and still they aren't completing and showing the completed accolade for each chapter. Can someone please fix this please, as it is happening now on ALL my characters.

    Have you used the data chips? Or just put them in your inventory? Thanks. :)
