Coordinated Synergies, tactical rep module.

The Gamma reputation tactical kit module "Coordinated Synergies" has a minimum cooldown of 45 seconds.

My tooltip says 36s but in actuality it's 45s. Looking at my character screen, the correct countdown (36s) shows when activating the module, but shows 45s on the toolbar which has the final say in the matter unfortunately.

So in all, this module has a minimum cooldown of 45s, and is unaffected by kit readiness or similar effects beyond that.
Maybe there's some gameplay mechanics or rule I'm missing here, but I expect it to perform according to the description.

I just noticed the same on two other tactical kit modules; "Graviton Spike" and "Trajectory Bending".

Tooltip says 14s, actual cooldown is 20s instead.

I've invested a lot of resources and upgrades into this build which focuses on cooldown reduction, only to find the investment worthless?
