There seems to be an Costume Unlock duplicate for the Omega Rep, On Fed side.
There are 3 armor sets you can buy for Feds.
Omega, MACO & Adapted MACO
The Adapted Maco armor set is available once you have completed the regular MACO set.
Each Armor comes with a costume Unlock. It does not require you to get all 3 items in the Armor Set to unlock the initial costume. If you get all 3 items, it unlocks an additional Tier 5 Costume Unlock.
Omega Personal Armor comes with Omega Force Armor Style 1
MACO Personal Armor comes with MACO Armor Style 1
Adapted MACO Personal Armor comes with MACO Armor Style 4
Getting all 3 Omega Armor Set unlocks 1 time purchasable Costume Unlock Omega Style 2
Getting all 3 MACO Armor Set unlocks 1 time purchasable Costume Unlock MACO Style 2
Getting all 3 Adapted MACO Armor Set unlocks 1 time purchasable Costume Unlock MACO Style 4
As you can see, Adapted MACO already comes with MACO Style 4... yet completing the armor set opens up a new rep project for a 1 time purchase costume unlock for MACO Style 4.
Maybe it's just a labeling error on the Rep Projects?
