Gane crash issue when queued and going to Reputation menu

There is an issue where the game locks up and crashes to 'desktop' as it were if you queue up, accept the queue, and then go into the Reputation menu while waiting for everyone else to ready up and it to warp you in.

    Yes that has been happening to me as well, but only seems to affect certain characters and doesn't matter what faction they are either. Have no idea why it only happens to some and not all. It also seems not to matter whether you are in rep menu or not as it seems if you are doing anything in the main menu it will happen, fleet, duty officers, admiralty etc. If you open the menu then the game crashes when the queue activates, so I just have to sit outside my ship twiddling my thumbs.
