Cold Hearted Trait does not work with new Beam Overload after 8/15/2019 Patch

Under normal weapons fire, Cold Hearted works fine. But it does not apply its effects if Beam Overload is active. Please see reddit thread linked below. I also personally reproduced this behavior using BO3 and Hold Together (as the Pilot BOFF trigger for Cold Hearted).

    I can confirm this also already did an ingame bug report regarding this issue. Happened since the last patch.
    C-Store Inc. is still looking for active members on the fed side. If you don't have a fleet feel free to contact me in game @stegi.
