Section 31 Phaser Pistol i think is having a bug.

The section phaser pistol as of this patch is locking up now. In the effect of you fire the primary on it and it then grays out and can't be fired again for what i count as 6 seconds. this is a huge change to its rate of fire before the patch firing about every second.

Is this intended and are any one else seeing this issue with it?

As of the last patch my Section 31 Phaser Pistols primary fire mode is shooting at less than half DPS rate. It use to have the same rat of fire as a standerd Disco era phaser stun pistol but now it fires as slow as a pulse wave type weapon.

surely a pistol having a 5 second cooldown on its primary firerate and a 3 second cooldown on its secondary is a bug

I came in here to say the same thing. The primary fire has a 5 second cooldown, its clearly a bug.
