Lag Causing Unintentional Deletion

08/14/2019 03:06 AM is the approximate Pacific time (as I sent a ticket once I verified that said deletion did happen) and the date is correct as shown.
The character name is Shadowfire@Mavigus (Daren Menoc).
My system is a Windows 10. Connection is via Century Link.
I had just finished the Romulan Elite Scorpion fighter reputation creation. I was attempting to move it to one of my ships.
There was lag and it showed as being deleted when I was attempting to delete the runabout/shuttle that is standard with the ship.
It is not something that should have happened, especially when I did NOT get a confirmation on the type of item I was requesting to delete.
