Inventory full triggers account "claim" flag for FTFO event

Now, before I describe the problem, I want to say that I already opened a ticket with the GM, and got the missing items restored to my character.
I'm posting this to let the devs and players know the issue, the repro case, and the resolution.
I claimed the new FTFO event on day 1 (saved tokens from previous runs), except my character's inventory was full, and had an item (BOFF) in overflow.
Once I saw the error, I cleared out 4 spaces in my inventory (3 for the items I knew I was getting, plus one just in case).
However when I claimed it, I only got the 50k Dil, and the rifle. The account-wide 3x FTFO reward packs were not provided to me.
Also, since I know someone will ask, this was the first, and only claim on my account for this particular event run.
Once I saw it missing, I double checked my inventory, and overflow, and confirmed it was missing by transferring (by double-click) the existing stack from my account bank to my inventory, and they filled a new space. That, plus my overflow being empty now, told me I didn't have them.
So I opened a support ticket with the GM, and got my missing items added to my inventory the next day.
Since the items were restored, that lead me to believe it's a legitimate bug.
For the devs: My ticket # was 190808-000269 (already solved, I require no additional action from Cryptic).
Also, for reference, this "inventory full" claim bug also happens with Admiralty system. If your inventory is full when you complete a new mission for the day (that has item rewards), the completion fails with that same message, but triggers the "Daily Bonus XP", meaning when you finally complete it again after freeing inventory space, you don't get the daily bonus XP, and instead just the mission XP.
I believe this also happens for the daily XP as well, though I haven't tested it for a while. Meaning the game will say you hit your 10k daily max, even when you actually didn't.
