Did not receive zen after purchase

I purchased $20 worth in Zen did not receive it so I thought I'd messed up so I tried it again now totaling a purchase price of $40 and still don't have my zen I want a refund I no longer want zen since I did not receive upon purchase. This is happening to everyone. And let's just say people in the chat rooms are not happy customers...
