I recently returned to Star Trek Online, and my account is missing several legacy unlocks. I purchased the Pre-order Collector's Edition through Game Stop back in 2010. The Red Matte Capacitor is still available through my legacy unlocks, but all the other pre-order and collector's edition items are missing.
