Vertical cloaks (clothes NOT starship!)

On all my Romulan and KDF toons who use cloaks, the cloak sometimes goes vertically upward and stays there for ages. Looks really stupid. At the same time, the character is not allowed to change uniform to hide their shame! (It just says InvalidEntityName). I have seen other people with the same issue running around.
