Xbox one unable to leave or join tfo queues

I'm currently in a tholian red alert queue that i can't leave and I can't join other queues, and joining random queues doesn't work either. The only problem I had before this and I hope isn't related was getting kicked out of a tholian red alert right as it started.
Things I have tried
Logging out and back in.
Restarting the xbox ( because have you tried turning on and off again).
Unstalling and reinstalling.
None of these have worked.
Yes I opened a ticket .

Hoping some one has encountered this and knows of a fix.
RIP all of the dil,marks,r&d packs I would have gotten.

One of my buddies is having the same issue, and likewise nothing was working. It seemed to be limited to a specific toon, primarily his Fed aligned Romulan. His other toons worked as they should. We were hoping that it was going to get fixed as soon as the Tholian red alert finished, but we will see.

I'm having the same issue. Been 65 for months on this character, there is no leave penalty or cooldown timer present. It won't let me sign up for a TFO. The Tholian Event one is permanently selected and keeps flashing Map Transfer Failed across the screen over and over without stopping. Every other map works fine. Shuttle, birdge, space dock, sector, missions, all work. All 7 of my other characters can run everything fine. Even TFO's. I've logged out, changed characters, fully quit the game, turned off the console, reset the router and still when I log back into that one character Map Transfer Failed won't stop flashing over and over and I can't sign up for TFOs. I also deleted the game cleared the cache, re-downloaded it, the problem hasn't gone away.

I sent in a ticket, they said they'd pass along the info, and that I should post in Bug Forum.

I`m also with that problem and another FTFO is going to start and my main character is stuck with that bug.
Can we please have at least an ETA?

Same thing happened to me and at least 1 other person on ps4 so it’s not console specific. I sent in a ticket and they told me the same thing they told lewstherin. I’m not having the map transfer issue though.

Gotta agree. My characters been like that for five days. I don't wanna miss the new Crystaline event.
