Missing Account Starship Trait Unlocks

Hello, I am posting here at the suggestion of support about the Account Starship Trait Unlock in the dilithium store missing trait.

I had recently mastered Scryer Intel Science Vessel and unlocked the Trait: Emitter Synergy but it did not show up in the dilithium store when I changed to my KDF character to claim it. I then checked all my KDF characters and none had it in the store. Thinking it was a UI 'stuck/lag' I re-launched the game to no change. I opened a support ticket and in the process it showed up on all but 1 of my KDF characters, the character I wanted it on still does not have it..

Support believes this to be a bug and suggested I post here, so here it is.

Purchased a T6 Fleet Assault Cruiser, upgraded to T6-X. Missing one of the mastery slots, as it's only displaying 4 like a T5-X instead of the 5 that a T6-X is supposed to have.
