It appears that there is an issue with the Buran/Cardenas hull regen is not working properly. My best guess is that the Rapid Repairs on Starship Mastery Rank 1 is not working at all. I have attached the same load out on the Atlas, Vengeance, Styx who all have the same Starship Mastery and the Fleet Cardenas is always 50% less hull regen. Love the look and stats of the ship, and still tank w/ it, but the hull regen difference is noticeable at times.
