Reputation project: Doff contributions

I don't know if it is a bug or if it's just me, but only once have I been able to contribute a duty officer to the Nukara Strikeforce Consumable: Reprogrammed Tholian Drones project. :s I have scoured the web for answers and have found none. Any thoughts?

    I have no idea. I've never seen an option for either of those. I just log on. :/ It's not a testing server or anything like that, so I guess it's the regular everyday server. Well TRIBBLE, I thought I posted in the support forum, not the test forum. Grrr.

    Contributions of Doffs for Nakura Consumables have remained there on Live since Doffs were supposedly removed a few years ago from all Reputation Projects. I have brought that subject up numerous times over the years. They should have been replaced by Dilithium on a 100:1 basis.
