I wanted to share this with Zildross, however it will not let me upload the pic to the ticket.

    The issue is the same for any BOF I try and apply it to. Greyed out, even though it is right there in my inventory.

    Ok, this is officially a bug according to the ticket.

    What happened here, is although I have a spec qual for miracle worker, None of my BOFS are able to use it. This is on at least one character, Dazody@F9thRet. I have yet to check and see if it occurs with other characters as well.
