Fleet Emblem and fleet promotion bugs

Any time I select a color, and set it, it reverts to a different color on our Fleet Emblems on Xbox One, and also the ranking system of our fleets, we have multiple characters in our fleet, and can't promote them because it promotes the main character, it's kind of frustrating

This is technically 2 bugs so by the time you read this I will have adjusted the title for clarification.

Bug 1: On pc if a character is offline we can go to the roster and set it to show offline members, then scroll down the list until we find the person we're looking for. idk how close to that it is on console but I suspect similar systems. How exactly are you going about trying to promote the person? Do you get any kind of message with them?

Bug 2: for the fleet emblem this may sound like a stupid question, but are you pressing the save and/or apply buttons? I know they may sound trivial but I have to ask to eliminate it as a possibility. Hit me with some info and I'll see what I can do for you.

In order to promote them they will have to be Online and in a party with you (team invite). This is th we only way to promote an alt I know of

I'm having the same issues... Regarding Bug 2 I change the colors to blue and they turn pink when I select "Ok" (cancel is the only other option) and then it says that the fleet emblem has been updated. Oddly enough I was playing around with it and when I choose a different color it saves as a different wrong color. Maybe the palette isn't matching up?

Can any of you folks get a video of some type demonstrating what you're seeing? Doesn't matter if it's crappy cell phone quality just so long as I can see it.

its a bug on Console (Xbox) still isn't fixed

I believe this bug has bled over into other things, i.e. Changing belt colors changes shoe colors and vice-versa.
