Multi-Spectral Particle Generator does not trigger off of kemocite-laced weapons

I'm assuming this is because kemo was added afterwards. It seems like it should since it's an exotic damage ability.

While we're on the subject, that set (amongst others) has a basically useless 2 piece bonus and should probably be changed to just give a direct buff to damage control or some such.
