Anniversary project claim issue/bug

At the request of the support team I'm posting about an issue/bug I have come across.
After returning from a long break and looking at my event reputations I noticed I still had the project slotted for the 8th Anniversary rewards ( T6 Bajoran Interceptor ) with 880 vouchers already submitted into the project, I also had 120 vouchers in my bank, after taking them out and adding them to the project it begun to time down as usaul projects would, after this had happened I attempted to press claim, upon this happening I was disconnected from the game, so I logged back in and attempted to do the same and found the project had been reset with no progress logged.I tried to relog a few times to see if this would clear the issue but to no avail.
This concludes my bug/issue. not sure if anyone else came into this issue but thought I'd share what I had been through.
