Problem claiming the final reward for gamma recruit specialisations

I've spent the 90+ points needed but the reward is still unclaimable, anyone else having this issue?

Remember that Jem'Hadar start out with 30 points in a Primary and 15 points in a Secondary specialisation - you therefore need 135 points in total.
Or is it 90 already beyond what you started out with?

Thanks, forgot about that, I'm not far off that total
