DSC boffs unable to use Suit costumes

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
None of my DSC boffs have been able to use the Suit Alpha, Beta or Gamma. Any boffs acquired after completing the story arc & the player character can however. I have no idea if this is intentional, but I would think consistency would common sense.
