Ship customization bug

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
When trying to customize ships on my Rom captains it defaults to the ship parts I haven’t bought with zen and won’t change to anything else
Tried logging reloading and reDLing game
It happens on all my Roms fed and kdf side
Has been going for months

    Trying to customize T3 federation heavy escort (Akira). Armitage parts change themselves to Thunderchild making it impossible to make the ship the way I want.
    Even if I start with preset, it will not allow conversion without cost.

    Same problem as above on T5 Romulan Warbird
