Jem Hadar toon cant play random TFO's on advanced

No matter how many times I change the filter to Advanced and checking only on this difficulty it keeps putting me into normal random tfos this is the only character I have this trouble with. Someone suggested to me that I try restarting my system and then restarting the game supposedly would straighten it out but I didn't seem to work.
