Tailor freezing

Every time I select something in the tailor, the game freezes for around 5 seconds before responding. Click a colour and it freezes for 5 seconds before the colour palette appears, then select a colour and it freezes again for 5 seconds before changing the colour.

This happened before from time to time, but now it's pretty much a constant state.
