With the Getting to The Root of the Problem section of the Bringing Down the House mission, their is a tree where the equipment should be and as a result, I cannot finish the mission.

I had the same problem and have tried many times over and over and just skipped it even though it had value to complete for the items to gain...just another bug over the past 3 weeks.
