T6 Reputation bonus and Upgrade - bug?

Not sure if this is a bug. I have tier 6 reputation for Dyson. I created the three piece space weapon set. They were created as UR MK XIII. Each piece had a green title at the top stating there was a 2% damage T6 rep bonus.
I upgraded them to MK XV, still UR. The green title no longer displays. Did upgrading them destroy or invalidate the bonus? Is the bonus still there but a GUI bug that hides the green title? Thanks.
